
In the industrial world growth is more rapidly today, the competence of a person becomes an important concern for management. One effort that is normally done is to involve employees in various training activities. Training is the process of acquiring the knowledge, skills, and attitude that are needed to fill the gap between what people want to do, and what they are able to do now. The purpose of ‘cascade training’ is to pass knowledge and skills to colleagues who work at different ‘levels’.
In order to teach a trainer how to train well, a ‘learning by doing’ approach is best. For example, participants in a workshop can learn skills in participatory monitoring and as soon as is practical can hold a similar training workshop for colleagues working at district/local level. Training is more effective if visuals are used to communicate and if participants actively participate in the workshop proceedings – or in the words of Confusius1: ‘I hear and I forget; I see and I remember; I do and I understand.’ The below offers a series of pointers and considerations that can be used in any training of trainers exercise.
Therefore, in order to prepare them to become qualified trainers, the need for a comprehensive and programmed learning. To achieve this, the Management in this case was instrumental in the success of this TOT program. Dago Consultant as companies engaged in training service providers intends to offer the concept of cooperation to conduct training with the theme of Training of trainers. This training focuses on three important aspects in preparing for the TOT program at the company as the need: Effective training process; Presentation skill and Communication skill
THE METHODS
This training will be presented with the method of presentation, group discussion and discussion of case studies and case evaluation. It is expected that participants will gain an understanding of how the strategy of preparing the personnel who are able to provide knowledge sharing for every individual who is in his department.

At the outset, participants will be assessed their understanding of the role of a trainer in his company.

- Post-assessment
At the end of the training session, participants will be assessed their understanding of what has been gained during training, so it will be known to what extent the existing gaps in participants.
